Our Emergency SOS demonstration and real-world SOS widgets are intended to facilitate rapid communication between seniors, family sponsors, and partner emergency response channels (such as local hospital ambulance desks). Eldra does not operate its own dedicated trauma center or cardiac emergency vehicles and cannot guarantee specific response times for critical clinical care.
